Called for General Info
April 11, 2018I called for a little more information than is stated on this website. The man that answered was mumbling through the entire conversation and was not professional. He asked when I was moving and I told him it was for a little while but I just wanted some general info. I asked him what utilities the tenant was responsible for and he said heat and water are included in rent. I then had to confirm that it was only electricity that the tenant was responsible for. He cut my off talking about what the ...rent was even though I didn't ask. I then ask when they would know of available units when I would be moving. He said they never know when they units are available so I asked how long of a notice do they have to give before they move out. He then said no one moves out and before I could finish my next question he hangs up on me. All this from just wanting some general info.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Called for Information
April 11, 2018I called for more information on the Sunwood Apartments location. The man that answered sounded like he had no idea what he was talking about. I asked when he would know of availabilities for when I needed to move he said "You never know, it depends on if someone moves out." So I asked how far in advance the tenants needed to give notice for moving out and he said "No one ever moves, unless it's health related." And then he hung up on me. If that's the way they treat people who don't even live ...there I don't want to know how they treat the people who do live there.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
