October 8, 2025My tour with Cynthia yesterday was great. She was so nice and super personable. The apartments are very spacious and large for the price, the appliances and style is definitely outdated but in my opinion it gives it more character. If your looking for a reasonably priced apartment in the area I would for sure consider these.Review from Apartments.com
Superstition Canyon Apartments Don't Move Here.
October 23, 2022I have lived here almost 2 years, the 1st year was awesome, the management team were very friendly and attentive to the residence. You could get a maintenance man very quickly. They grounds were kept clean. The the apartment complex was sold to Cal- Am and then it went to a nice place to live to an nightmare. 1. This place has dog poop everywhere, I've witnesses dog owners not picking up their dog poop many times, these people are nasty and simply do not care about the grounds here. The sad ...thing is that doggie poop bags and waste cans are provided throughout the property. 2. The kids here are very very loud and messy, they leave trash, shoes and their clothing everywhere, they run around the property with no shoes or shirts. They aimlessly run around and play alone late into the evening with zero supervision! It boggles my mind how a parent would allow their children to play alone late into the evening. 3. The police have been at this complex more times than I can count, recently there was a woman here knocking on doors and screaming, it was chaotic and disturbing, you could here the woman scream all throughout the property, I was on my way to my car and a group of men had her surrounded until the police came, the police helicopter was shining the spotlight on the property. It was a very uncomfortable night. 4. The entry gates are continuously broken allowing anyone to drive in. 5. If you need a maintenance person, there is only 1 now, you will wait at least a month to something fixed in your apartment. I can go on and on but I will end with this, Superstition Canyon Apartments was a nice, clean and quiet place to live, now there are many people living here that care less about maintaining a nice community, you will hear couples arguing, you will have unaccompanied children running around aimlessly well into the evening, yelling and screaming well into the late evening, it's a common occurrence to see the Mesa police department here. The management team only cares about renting empty units, they do not care about keeping the apartments grounds clean and safe. When my lease is up I am out of here and I will never rent an apartment from #cal-am properties ever again. You have been warned!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 20, 2022This is a great property. We've been here for 4 years now and havent had any issues. It feels safe, updated, good amenities, staff is all very willing to do anything they can to help you and the rent is right inline with anything else your gonna find. Nice
September 7, 2015The apartment complex is nice, the staff is nice, however just like most apartments it has its faults. Staff is not quick to resolve issues with other tenants living in the apartment that are causing problems to other tenants. The staff isn't too good at filling proper paperwork. The maintenance is quick to come and repair anything so that is a plus. They are very expensive and do increase your rental rate every year by quite a bit..Review from Apartments.com
