September 12, 2024Moved in over a year ago when maintenance was friendly and actually arrived to fix things, the hallways were cleaned weekly and neighbors didn't allow dogs to urinate and defecate in the elevators/hallways/stairwells. Now we have new management that is incompetent, slow to respond, unless they're being rude, endless electronic issues with security locks to front door, key fob issues, broken security gates (which they always seem to blame on "internet issues"), and neighbors that forget they live ...in a close community with others.
