They quickly took care of changing both the air and water filters when I asked and even checked in to see if I had any other concerns. The pool and gym were great, and I even stopped by to grab coffee. I have noticed there is an improvement in the overall maintenance and care of the units. There have been lots of things happening to improve the community, as well as the units. They have recently upped the game in pest control to target native Floridian pests. They have also improved the access gate handles and are working to make improvements to the ...community areas as well. Not to mention the maintenance team is on top of it! All of them. They’re so on top of it, they even stopped by to check why my water bill was so high.. because i just assumed i was watering my plants a bit more.
