WORST LEASING PROCESS
July 18, 2023We did not meet the income requirements based off my husband being self employed them only going off of line 9 of his taxes. We have never experienced something like this when it comes to leasing. It was like we were trying to buy a home. Lincoln properties needs to come to the realization of the type of world we live in today. I am now understanding why these homes only pre-lease for a week, then are put back on the market. People deserve a heads up about this process with Lincoln Properties and ...ApproveShield before they get their hopes up for their families or pay $400 just to even start the application process.Property Manager Responded
