roach infestation
September 22, 2024DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS U WANT TO LIVE WITH THE ROACHES , they will take over your whole house . Maintenance doesn’t fix anything I was living here for 1 year and I was never able to use my outlet plug’s in my living room because they never fixed it before I moved in or after . This property is dirty I had new couch and it got infested by the roaches in the unit . I never ever had roaches prior to living here .Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2015Susex Square are over rated apartment homes poorly keep. The management is poor .The apartments are roach infested plumbing is always backed up there is mold growing on the walls toilet and in the shower .This is the worst apartment every in my life just coming home upset me. I Love The SIze!
August 19, 2015The size of the apartments is what made me want to move there, They have great closet space and every room is spacious. The only thing is the linen closet is small and so is the door to even access it. But overall the staff is good and so is the maintenance crew. It pretty quiet for the most part and you don't see a bunch of people hanging around a lot.Review from Apartments.com
