Worse move out ever

The apartments are nice, but small. There is little to no storage space and closets are small. It is a very comfortable place to live, but when you don't renew your lease is where the problem starts. I moved out over a month and I still haven't received my final move-out paperwork. When I call, I get an attitude from Macy, who is very rude. I took extra days to clean and disinfect. I bought a rug shampooer to make sure I kept up with the light color rugs. To my surprise, I was told I owe ...

over $1000 in fee's. I feel that my short notice of not renewing my lease (although I did give the 30 days required)I am being charged a stupid amount for money to make up the fact that they will now lose money with no one living there. The turn over of the apartments are high, especially if you are not on section 8 or subsidized housing. I would not recommend this complex.

This place could be heaven on Earth, that's how perfect in my eyes it is. If you're into commuting every morning from Rhode Island to Boston, it's very possible, living here. Rent is high in Boston, and will continue to rise every day. Here in Providence, it's possible to get anything with no strings attached. I've never had a Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Rainbows, Colleges, Shaws, Chinese food, and many more near me! You can get the same feel of living in the Boston, in Providence. The area is full ...

of friendly faces and quiet yet not too quiet. The process to apply for housing here is easy as 1-2-3. The rugs are soft, the bathrooms are clean, the bedrooms are decent sized, along with the closets. It also included 24-hour management, along with onsite washer and dryer. Compared to Boston, MA, you get all these good things in life for an affordable price. Please check this amazing place out, you definitely won't regret it!
