The pool is the most redeeming aspect. For the price you can live in much better areas. Maintenence was slow. Pests were frequent and had to request pest control multiple times before they'd send some one out.
Living there was just okay but there was a lot of aggravations with parking,management, maintenence, and the quality of the "luxury" apartments.

Lori is amazing! She’s worked with us a few times when we needed it, always understanding and has even went out of her way at times! Anything we needed it got delt with right away! She’s very sweet and nice and times like now it’s nice to know there’s still ppl out there like her! It’s very peaceful and even quiet after dark. I’ve never had anyone bother us or my son. My son can play in the back yard at the play ground with the other kids with no worries! And that’s a big relieve! My son loves ...
the playground, pool and has all the kids to play with! Everybody that lives there is nice and keeps to there self’s. What I’m saying is my family and I love living here! The bus picks up the kids and brings them home as well and that’s very convenient!

The Manager, Lori is a super nice lady. The property is vey well maintained and clean. The apartments we looked at were neatly painted (no overspray or messy work) and the one we chose has very kind neighbors. This property is kind of off the main road and easy to pass up (which i personally like. It is surrounded by trees so it has a nice feeling of nature and serenity.

I have stayed here for almost a year and am moving out soon. Pros: quiet place, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Cons: when we first moved in I was assuming the apartment would be clean hence move in ready. There were rat fecies in the cabinets draws etc. The floor was rotted in the kitchen and had to be replaced. Later on had issues with the hot water not turning off. Water was turned off several times without warning. One time I was taking a shower getting for work and still had soap in my hair ...
and water was turned off. I was furious. All management could say is that they were sorry. All in all I rate it at a 3.

I love renting because of the worry free and maintenance free life. I have no desire to arrange for or budget for maintenance. Not really the case at Sutton Bridge. The repairs needed have not been easily handled without continued follow ups, delayed pool opening, and doing without.
