When I first moved in, this community was amazing. The former site manager was helpful, personable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents and the neighborhood. Since she left in May, the difference has been impossible to ignore—and unfortunately, not in a good way.
There is now trash throughout the community, and management rarely seems to be present unless they are showing a property. The company appears more focused on collecting money than maintaining a clean, welcoming ...
place for its current residents. I understand that this is a business, but residents should still feel that the community they pay to live in is being cared for.
If you simply need a quiet place to stay and don’t mind the cost, this may work as a short-term option. However, if you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained community where you don’t have to worry about your children or pets stepping in dog waste because some neighbors refuse to clean up after their animals, I would strongly reconsider.
I’m giving three stars because it is still quiet, and the management change was fairly recent. However, you can already see that the community is changing—and not for the better. Hopefully, management takes notice and makes improvements.
