November 22, 2023Llevamos viviendo un año y medio en el complejo de apartamentos y estamos muy contentos y tranquilos, y lo mejor es que nos encantó vivir en la planta baja mis hijos tienen bastante espacio para jugar fuera, tenemos la escuela super cerca y el espacio del apartamento es bueno, aparte de que ya contamos con servicio de Internet y los chicos de la oficina son amables y responden todas tus dudas lo recomiendo mucho.Review from Apartments.com
They need better communication for sure
November 1, 2023I like my apartment but I've been waiting since I moved in here 3 months ago for wifi that they said they would provide and failed to mention that they wouldn't be activing it till the 1st of November so I tried geting internet though another company. They came and couldn't get it hooked up because the way they wired my apartment so I called the apartment complex and they basically said there's nothing they could do and at this point I decided whatever I'll just wait because in a mouth they said ...they will be providing 1Gbps internet. Finally got internet and it's not even reaching 1Mbps so I call the internet provider and they tell me they need a voucher from my apartment complex to get the speed they promised me. I called the apartment complex they said they no information about the internet and I have to call the internet provider. That's some sketchy stuff if you're gonna say you're gonna provide something and then when I ask where it's at you have no information to give me. Great place to live
November 22, 2022I have lived here for 2.5 years and feel so at home here. The apartment we rent is perfect for our needs and maintenance and office staff are great about coordinating when we need repairs or pest treatment. They have been quick to respond and take action any time it’s needed. I would like for the hallways and entryways to be cleaned more regularly and there’s a little graffiti on the walls but If that’s my only complaint and then I’m content. It is beautiful outside and they keep the grounds ...very nice. Parking is a little limited and it would be nice to have a walkway through the grass from the sidewalk on the street side of the building up to the door for times we need to park on the street, but again, minor complaint. November 22, 2021My grand daughter and l love living at Sutton Hill. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance men get things done fast and everyone is treated with kindness and respect. They always have things going on for all the tenants to particapait in. Location is ideal. Setting in a woodsy feel with all conviences within walking distance. Caution do Not Rent
May 18, 2020This apartment building is infested with roaches. I only had been there two days before I seen a swarm of roaches. I mean a lot. They are in the hallways thae apartment I mean everywhere. If you want to live with roaches bey guest and apply.Review from Apartments.com
Landlord is the worse
June 8, 2019Landlord is the worse. They wouldn't fix the issues I had until at least a month later, at least. The place is always dirty I always had roaches no matter how clean I kept the place and even mice at some point. The laundry fees were always going up. You pay water, sewer and trash thru Multi Family Utilities Company, who also over charge and will charge a $20 fee if your late. I had to pay $300 to transfer to a bigger apartment because my neighbors were too loud and had to start my lease over for ...another year or I would of left sooner.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 1, 2018Quiet, decent pricing. No parking, we have to park at the office and I have kids that walk from the office to the building late at night. Roaches in the hallway, the doors have a crack in the bottom and little roaches get into your apartment their is no getting rid of them. You pay for dumpsters that are used by non residents who toss their junk in it. Dumpster divers take your trash out and you get fined for leaving the bags out by the dumpster when it’s not even you who leaves it there. Smell ...of weed. Cabinets are breaking apart.
