Great Starter Apartment
September 26, 2020The apartment staff and service are phenomenal. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The apartments are clean and very spacious with plenty of storage and natural lighting. Sutton place
September 21, 2015The apartment is very spacious and the livingroom can fit a wrap a round couch!!! The bathrooms are both perfectly sized with storage closets inside. The color the apartment complex chose is perfect. The negative is the apartment was not 100% clean when we moved in and the bedroom doors and closet doors did not shut. Unfortunately they were aligned incorrectly. During the winter it took a while for our streets to be cleaned. The grass is always kept cut. Overall i love it here!!!Review from Apartments.com
Sutton Place
August 10, 2015Just renewed my lease for another year. Positives- when I moved in, carpets had just been replaced, they installed the wood flooring in the kitchen/bath/entrance, and the whole place was repainted. I never have any parking issues. Noise from my neighbors really isn't an issue either. Maureen in the office is very pleasant and she takes care of any problems that come up. Negatives- the rent did go up 25 dollars this year, so it is getting a little pricey for not having a pool or fitness center.Review from Apartments.com
Great Starter
July 25, 2015This was a great starter place for my wife and I. We found the place kind of last minute, but luckily the leasing process was quick and easy. The landlord was kind and attentive. Going in, we were concerned about an apartment and noisy neighbors, but everyone in our building was courteous overall.Maintenance and groundskeepers are spot on. We had a once bedroom apartment, which was just great for the two of us. Space was efficient and open and versatile. My only complaints are that there was on ...site storage for only select apartments, and ventilation is iffy. There are windows on only one side of the whole apartment, so letting fresh air in or airing out the smoke from a burnt pizza was difficult.
