Looks better than it is & not worth the price.
December 23, 2024Finishes are nice, staff were friendly when we toured. After moving in we quickly realized it wasn't worth the costs. Hidden fees, noisy, had roaches & floors are not insulated to absorb sound. Had you many sleepless nights! Garbage is picked up at 1am & delivery for restaurant at 3 am. Rairly got more than 4 hours if good sleep. Better places in Columbus. So glad I only had a 6 month lease!Property Manager Responded

Roaches
August 22, 2021Swallowtail flats is definitely nice when you look at it from the outside. The many issues I’ve faced in the few months of being here are constant construction even on Saturday’s. Every time it storms the power seems to go out and working from home that can be a hastle. Lastly ROACHES. I am extremely clean, like don’t go to bed unless the house is spotless clean, for the first three months of living here there were no bugs then it’s like the flood gates opened or something because I found at ...least two roaches every day for a week the exterminators came and then I found two dead roaches every day for weeks. Now it’s back to living roaches again. One thing i hate to do is a complain and make people the bad guys and I usually save reviews for the over the top good experiences but one thing I hate is living with bugs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Phenomenal complex, great staff, great location!
June 10, 2020My wife and I lived here for one year (June '19 to '20), and it was by far our best apartment living experience to date. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible, and quick to respond to resident requests. The amenities are generous and well-maintained, the package service is quick and convenient, and management is eager to help and never manufactures reasons to nickel-and-dime you. Our apartment itself was beautiful, and although we might have heard a thump or two from upstairs every once in ...a rare while, there wasn't a peep through the walls from the adjacent apartments-- making them the quietest units we've ever lived in. As for location, Old Town is situated perfectly for convenience while still feeling removed from any traffic or bustle. Overall, we could not have been happier with our home. Highly recommended! Amazing
September 30, 2019I came to tour an apartment at Swallowtail Flats. As soon as I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was already “home.” The staff was so friendly and full of information. They toured me in their model apartment and drove me around the property, and all I can say is that this property is gorgeous!!! September 30, 2019I have been very pleased when viewing the property at swallowtail flats, the pool and amenity areas are very clean and maintained. Additionally the property manager was very courteous and helpful when answering my questions after I toured the property. Have been 4 month they haven’t return My deposit
June 13, 2018I have been sending more than 10 emails and calls , I haven’t received any answer, it’s been 4 month since I move from there and they I haven’t return me my deposit when my Unit was in perfect condition , they even send me a document where said that they owns me money but they haven’t pay me back ! March 6, 2018This is such an amazing place. It's smaller than other complexes I've lived at. The staff knows my kid's name, asks him about school, and he loves going down to the clubhouse to talk to the staff. They give out popcicles and candy to them. They seem to know every person who walks in - aks them about their work life and remembers the smallest things. Staff just seems like family. They encrourage people to get involved in the community. I know my neighbors, and their kids. We all meet at the events ...that the staff throws for us. They do things like pizza parties, make-over nights...
