Stay Away!!!
October 20, 2025Stay away! First off flooding is a huge problem. The parking lot is right next to a brook that regularly floods (see photos). And there was a very musty/moldy smell in the apartment in the spring/summer. And in the winter the pipes are extremely loud and clanky. The place is horribly maintained. The super Elvis won't even respond to your texts. The laundry room in building E had a leaky faucet that would leak dirty water on the floor (see photo). They didn't fix it for 6 months they just left a ...dust bin under it to collect the water. The actual company is super shady. I got out of my lease early because they didn't notify me that the apartment was in a flood zone, which they had to do by law. I was told by a lawyer I could sue for breach of contract. And good luck with your neighbors. I lived downstairs and the floors are SUPER loud and creaky, so if they stay up late or make a lot of noise you're out of luck.
