The management is unresponsive or completely not helpful, each time I reach out with concerns I am given suggestions on solutions that I have already tried.. I e. The drain clogs in the shower at least once a month, I reported to the manager; they suggested vinegar and baking soda... which I had already done on a weekly basis. Intead I continue to buying chemicals to clear out the drain on a weekly to biweekly basis.The "renovations" that sold us on moving to this unit are poorly done and do not ...
address the actual problems with the rather dated building. The windows are not tight and therefore if you want your windows open, bugs will come in almost immediately. Beyond that the windows will let on very cold drafts in the winter, even if you close and lock all of them.. The "upgrades" are so poorly done, and it all feels cheep. Its very disappointing because the location and the view are so beautiful bit it is very cheaply re-done and management is very unresponsive/not helpful in the event that you do have a problem.

Sergio was an awesome manager through this whole process. He was very helpful and made sure me and my family were well taken care of. He even helped out with some cool things to do here as we are new to the area. Whenever we have questions or concerns, he is always easy to get ahold of and he answers our questions to the best of his abilities. The apartments are nice, & he even showed us a few apartments so we could see where we best felt we fit! 10/10 would recommend you rent through him and his ...
