Poor Service, Okay apartments
October 12, 2016Management is horrible! They never return calls or emails concerning issues w/ the apartment. They often put letters in the apartment doors indicating they'd been to the apartment, when they actually haven't! I've spent an entire day home, never left my apartment once, and there was a "We've been by, but no one was home" letter in my door. There is no regular maintenance man to few maintaince issues. It took months to finally get maintaince to come and look at a problem in my apartment. ...Afterwards, it took another two weeks for them to return and actually fix the issue. Not to mention, there is a pest problem. Which could be eliminated if they actually came to spray like they said they would in the beginning. There's also dozens of un-renovated apartments on the property that the city won't allow to be renovated due to environmental issues (please ask about). I will be moving when my lease is up. August 5, 2015For the price and utilities included it's great. This is my first apartment ever & I'm glad I chose these. Clean, functional, VERY close to grocery stores, restaurants, & many great jobs. Great apartments for a college student or a family looking to save up money over time. Would be 5 star if the management was on location from 9 am to 5pm & if there was assigned parking. Parking can be a challenge, no assigned spots which can make it difficult to even get a spot in front or behind your building ...on some days or nights.
