Unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional.
July 4, 2025Regret renting here as they tacked on unnecessary charges and have given me the run around for over a year fixing them. Never had this issue anywhere else. July 9, 2021I have rented this ground floor apartment since February of 2014 and have been very satisfied here. It is quiet and peaceful where I am located. I do think the appliances have some age on them. I am basically very happy here!Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2021It is a very peaceful community. It is very well taken care of! I love sitting on the screened-in porch and watching and listening to the wildlife and the pond fountain. Everyone we have met are so very nice. Chris the maintenance man is top notch and helps fix things quickly when needed! Althea has been very responsive!Property Manager Responded
