August 5, 2025Mostly great! My only issues have been the lack of open parking for guests as well as some issues with a lack of communication regarding some updates such as the water being turned off. July 31, 2025Hate to only give 2 stars but from the very beginning there have been nothing but problems and it seems to only be getting worse. We are a gated community and anybody and everybody can come in the gates. We pay for amenities that we don't sign up for I pay my own Electric and I'm charged for electric. I don't have gas anywhere in my unit but I'm paying for it just like paying for water 2'xs and sewer. I was given a promotion when I moved in and then I was told it wasn't supposed to be that so ...they tried charging me 2 times. July 18, 2025It is a very quiet neighborhood! I just wish the apartment was cleaned more before move in. There was smell of smoke and an insane amount of dust everywhere. Loving the valet trash service.Property Manager Responded
