GREAT MANAGEMENT TE FINALY
November 16, 2022I have been a tenant here at Sweetwater for 5 years now. My husband and I just love it here. We are at retirement age and just feel.like we have made a cozy home here with no yard upkeep oraintenan e and it just makes sense to us to stay put. In all honesty the management team that we have here now just makes it very pleasant and keeps the property up in a proper and timely manner. We finally have a FANTASTIC maintenence manager and The property manager is what this property needed. Fi ally we ...have a great team that works together and takes care of tenant request amd the beauty of the property I am so pleased to be here. I have seen 6 property anger come and go and finally we have the right person. Thank you sweetwater Apts. For providing such a good atmosphere and management team. I highly reccomend to people. Roaches, broken appliances, rotten walls
January 22, 2022Been infested with roaches for over 6 months, no one cares, why should they, they don’t have to live in this dump. Asked to have my appliances replaced because I can’t use my stove because the oven doesn’t shut off anymore so I have to keep it turned off at the breaker to keep from burning the building down, and the fridge is rusted through in spots, in my “luxury” apartment. Was told I had to pay extra to have new appliances, which I agreed to just to get them replaced. Tonight the fridge ...died, shocker, now I don’t have a stove or a refrigerator! The walls are rotting around the front door, it is so bad I have had to shove paper towels into the holes to try to keep the bugs and creatures out. This place is a dump, they should be sued for false advertisement using the word “luxury”. Don’t rent here, live in your car first, what they are charging you can get in a place that actually knows what “luxury” is. RUN!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Overpriced and poorly managed.
June 4, 2021I have been a resident here for a year, I have never once been late on rent even through the corona virus and the moratorium on evictions, I have paid my rent without interruption as any responsible person would do. Now comes the garbage. I leave to go on vacation Friday 5/28 and come back on Thursday 6/3 to find a letter haphazardly tossed in the yard. It is a renewal request, and they are going up $100 on my rent. The temporary property manager basically told me "move then". Do not rent here, ...it is WAY overpriced, the amenities are rarely in service, the pond is over grown with grass and not maintained. The pool is open sporadically and closed on Mondays for cleaning. Who closes a pool for cleaning for an entire day? Someone incapable of properly managing and scheduling maintenance, that is who. The management staff is incapable of proper dignified communication, management of maintenance, nor tenant retention. DO NOT RENT HERE. If 0 stars were an option it would get 0. If you rent here expect to be treated like you dont matter because you dont matter to them.Property Manager Responded

October 6, 2020Experienced nothing but complete incompetence from the office staff beginning on the move-in day, continuing well after moving out. Dirty unit upon move-in. Was told the pond was stocked yearly. I lived there for over a year, and they only added a couple of grass carp. Easily the worst experience I've had renting. The current 5 star rating on this site is nothing short of laughable. Maybe the quality of service used to be better, but at its current state, I can't recommend living here.
