March 1, 2026I think the community has gotten better. It is hard to share a gym with an entire subdivision. Such a small area and things have been broken. Also having to walk across the street to use the grills. They take an extremely long time trying to get one to light and had to get a lighter. January 22, 2026Hasn’t been great, yet to receive timely responses on anything. Issues noted when we moved in (4 months ago) are yet to be resolved regardless of our follow up. Maintenance requests are handled fast, and the staff always makes sure everything is done right the first time. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels safe. December 25, 2025Beautiful apartment and community. I’ve always wanted to live in a community that has the convenience of shopping and dining right at your doorstep. We have that here at Sweetwater Town Center and so much more still to come. Furthermore, I love coming home to my spacious apartment. I have the Dahlia floor plan and the layout is just perfect for my needs and wants. The only thing I would change is the position of the shower head. It’s too high.
