January 22, 2026Hasn’t been great, yet to receive timely responses on anything. Issues noted when we moved in (4 months ago) are yet to be resolved regardless of our follow up. January 22, 2026I’ve had a great experience living at my apartment. The management is friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are handled fast, and the staff always makes sure everything is done right the first time. The property is clean, well-kept, and feels safe. My neighbors are respectful, and the community stays quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy, and the location is super convenient for everything I need. December 25, 2025Beautiful apartment and community. I’ve always wanted to live in a community that has the convenience of shopping and dining right at your doorstep. We have that here at Sweetwater Town Center and so much more still to come. Furthermore, I love coming home to my spacious apartment. I have the Dahlia floor plan and the layout is just perfect for my needs and wants. The only thing I would change is the position of the shower head. It’s too high.
