September 15, 2023Being new to the area, I took a gamble on such a new community. The gamble paid off big time! The chill atmosphere combined with a caring and knowledgeable staff allows me to feel like it is home sweet home. The grounds and amenity center of the neighborhood are beautifully kept. AMAZING!
June 29, 2023Abby was so great during the whole process. She explains everything and leaves no surprises. She even stayed an hour late to ensure that we could move in on our move in date. She is the BEST! As for the home. It is very cute and spacious. 10/10!!!!Property Manager Responded

Neglected once I moved in
December 18, 2022Moved in December 1st and I am without a functioning dishwasher for 3 weeks!!! Instead of replacing my dishwasher for one that works, the facilities guy made an appointment for December 20th with the famous window of 8am-12pm. So now me and my three kids get to sit and wait for an appliance person to assess the broken dishwasher. I guarantee it does not get fixed the same day. The complex refused my request for a new replacement dishwasher 10 days ago. My family of five have been hand washing ...dishes since Dec 1st. Happy Holidays to us. This place is not concerned about the residents once they sign the lease, they are not thinking outside the box or going above and beyond for their tenants. I know for a fact they wouldn’t hand wash dishes for their family of five for 3 weeks and not be just as frustrated. This place is mediocre at best.Property Manager Responded
