Worst place ever
May 7, 2020Please don't move hear worst place ever new lady in office is worst landlord I ever seen she don't keep this place up she let trash be on ground everywhere buy dumpster she never get things fix when you call she just made new rules can't back your car in parking space. Never heard of this before I advise you don't move hear unless you want to be in jail at your home every day it's a letter at your door of new rule I would love if owner get another person run this place cause she bringing this ...place downRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible
January 22, 2020I’m a current resident at Swiss Ridge apartments and boy I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE . The lights always go out when it storms, maintenance is horrible, my apartment has mold growing in every window and the bathroom, the paint in my tub is peeling and the cheap paint on the doorway and doors are peeling, oh yea when it rains there is water coming through my kitchen window, I can’t use these two sockets in my room at the same time or one of them won’t work. ...And my sister just moved from over here she had to leave her dishes behind because maintenance never came to fix her broken dish washer. They never came to fix my neices door that had nails sticking out the wall which is dangerous cause they could have fell and hit their head or anything on that. Then I recently requested that someone come put salt on our steps cause there was ice there and no one ever came, me and my child was slipping and sliding trying not to fall. I think this would be LIABILITY if we would have fallen. I also have photographic proof of these problems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
