Avoid this place like the plague unless you don’t mind living in an apartment complex that is staffed with poor management with even poorer attitudes who refuse to do anything with respect to noise complaints.
The entire time I have lived here (almost a year so far) has been nothing but a headache. The walls and floors are so thin to the point you can hear your neighbors run appliances, walk around, stomp around, run water, flush toilets, and slam things. It’s a daily issue.

complaints with particular emphasis concerning dogs incessantly barking, and neighbors blasting music absurdly loud. With nearly a year lapsing with all of this, nothing has changed.
I have provided ample audio recordings upon request substantiating all of it as well. The leasing office went from bad to worse with assurances that they would fix the problems, which was just them sending out a few emails, to then say it just comes with living in an apartment complex, to them to simply just not responding, as in not answering phone calls, emails, or replying to their texting service.
Take your money, and your peace of mind elsewhere.
