    Avoid this place like the plague unless you don’t mind living in an apartment complex that is staffed with poor management with even poorer attitudes who refuse to do anything with respect to noise complaints. The entire time I have lived here (almost a year so far) has been nothing but a headache. The walls and floors are so thin to the point you can hear your neighbors run appliances, walk around, stomp around, run water, flush toilets, and slam things. It’s a daily issue. I have lodged many ...
    complaints with particular emphasis concerning dogs incessantly barking, and neighbors blasting music absurdly loud. With nearly a year lapsing with all of this, nothing has changed. I have provided ample audio recordings upon request substantiating all of it as well. The leasing office went from bad to worse with assurances that they would fix the problems, which was just them sending out a few emails, to then say it just comes with living in an apartment complex, to them to simply just not responding, as in not answering phone calls, emails, or replying to their texting service. Take your money, and your peace of mind elsewhere.

  • SO NICE!! I'M ENVIOUS!!

    I recently visited family that just relocated to WA and moved into Switchback. They had so many great things to say about the area and their new apartment complex I had to see for myself. They were not wrong!! The property is still finishing up with construction, but the property is still very impressive! I visited on a Saturday, and I was able to join my family for a Saturday Brunch the management has for the residents every weekend, which was very nice! The staff was very warm and welcoming to ...
    everyone and Jordan was very pleasant to talk to. The clubhouse was grand and sleek. I've never seen an apt. clubhouse like this before and there probably isn't anything comparable in this area. They have a business center, a huge fitness center AND a separate Yoga Studio!! Loved it!! I really like the open concept layout of my cousin's apt. It's very spacious and great for entertaining! I will be recommending Switchback to a friend of mine that is looking for a new place in a couple of mos. If I didn't already own my own home, Switchback would definitely be an apt. community I would live at for sure!

    Switchback is a beautiful property with a great staff! It’s close to stores , restaurants, and free way access, so I’m in a prime location for everything! The layouts are beautiful open concept and everything is brand new. I’m so glad I made the choice to rent here vs. the other new communities in the area.
