Great place to live!
July 3, 2025I moved into Swivel a little over a month ago, and I love it! It is quite, the staff is so helpful and gets back to you in a timely matter. Also, I love the amenities (my favorite is the sky lounge). I am in a smaller one-bed and could not be happier with my choice. You also just cannot beat the location. Amazing Experience
April 30, 2025Currently a resident here at Swivel, the place is very secure and quiet, good Neighbours, easy access to Bus Stops as they are really close to apartment, nearby grocery stores. Community also hosts monthly events which helps connect with people, which is really an amazing experience. Amazing staff and they are super responsive and easy to reach out. Amazing and Well Secure Living at Swivel
April 30, 2025I'm currently living here from almost a year, and it has been a fabulous experience at Swivel. It has Great Staff, which is very responsive and helpful, the Place is Clean, has very good GYM, Lounge area where you can relax, big garage and Organized Fun events and most important the place is secure. April 23, 2025I’ve had nothing but a fabulous experience living at Swivel Apartments! The staff here are always quick to help or fix anything..super friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite things is how quiet it is; I never hear my neighbors, which makes it feel even more like home. The community vibe is amazing! There’s some kind of event every month that brings everyone together and makes it easy to meet your neighbors. It really gives the complex a connected and fun atmosphere. Also, the safety here is ...top-notch. Even being in the heart of Omaha, I’ve never had to worry about homelessness, break-ins, or anything like that. It’s a secure, peaceful place to live. April 21, 2025I’ve absolutely loved my time living at this apartment for over 3 years! The management team is professional and cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly. The apartment itself is modern and allows plenty of natural light. The location couldn’t be more convenient — close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The community amenities are top-notch. I regularly used the gym and rooftop lounge, both of which are kept in great condition. The ...building is kept secure and safe.
