About Sycamore Apartments

Located South of Sycamore Mall, across from the Iowa City soccer fields and next to the city walking trails. Heat and water included in the 1 bedroom units. Tenants pay all utilities in the 2 bedroom unit. Some 2 bedroom units include washer/dryer. Common area washer/dryer located on the 1st floor of each building in the area. Our office staff is always happy to assist current and prospective tenants with questions in regards to leases, amenities or any other question or concerns that may arise. We also have a maintenance staff that provides 24-hour service to emergency issues as well as service during regular business hours. Tenants get FREE ImOn high speed fiber internet service included in the monthly rent at this location.

Nice place to have a dog

There are not a lot of choices for rentals if you own a dog, but Sycamore Apartments is one choice. They have 1-2 bedroom apartments and are located on the Southeast side of Iowa City. Unfortunately, the closest bus stop is .75 miles away, but the community is calm, quiet, and surrounded by corn and soy bean fields. There are lovely trails right behind the apartment complex and most of the apartments come with a nice balcony. It's almost like living in a park.
