March 11, 2023Sycamore house got entirely new staff July 2022, and ever since then it has been so much better. The trash is kept up with, they take care of the property, maintenance is great and the office staff is wonderful. DON’T LIVE HERE
November 24, 2022I moved out of sycamorehouse in September, 2022 today is Thanksgiving, and I'm still waiting for them to refund my deposit, I'm pretty sure I got a cleaning company to clean the apartment before I moved out. I lived in here for 2.5 years while waiting for my new house to be build up and it was the worst rental experience I've ever had, noisy day and night, trash everywhere, unhelpful front desk...so disappointed, now I just hope I get my deposit soon!Review from Apartments.com

Modern design, friendly staff and awesome vibe!
June 4, 2021The nicest, newest and most economical Class A multi-family property in Columbus, hands down! Super friendly and helpful staff. The complex opened in February 2019 and I moved in March 2020 and I recently renewed my lease. -Easy access it I-70 and I-270. -Right at the Hilliard-Columbus line but in Columbus. -Modern layout and color scheme. -Ample cabinet space and storage. -Super illuminated parking lot. -Parking lot surveillance. -**Able to have a propane grill on the balcony. -Consistent, flat ...rate water/sewer bills. -Awesome club house with movie room, workout area, business center, lounge, and tanning. -Awesome pool and outdoor area with permeant grills. -The Henri app is pretty cool. It's basically a social media site just for the complex. You can post messages to the news feed, list items for sale, submit service requests and chat/connect with your neighbors! -If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that there are no knobs on any of the cabinets and some of the light bulbs in the stairwells are a mixture of soft white and daylight colors. ? After reading several of the other comments: -The electric bills run slightly higher than average ONLY due to the utility company, nothing with the property. -We live in Columbus so it does snow a lot but the staff does their best at keeping the sidewalks and parking lots clear and de-iced. -Like any mechanical device, the issue with the trash compactor was taken care of within three days and the staff did have a temporary dumpster brought in to take care of the problem. I have recommended Sycamore House to several of my friends!Property Manager Responded

"no aggressive breeds"
June 2, 2021this is truly upsetting that they would discriminate breeds of dog solely because they believe a breed is aggressive? That is such an ignorant statement. No "breed" is aggressive, its who raises the dog. I have had pits and rotties and the fact that I am now unable to live here because of this is truly plain stupid. My dog has never even looked at a person wrong and now is being discriminated against because of some dumb label you decided to put on her. Amazing property
February 23, 2020Sycamore House has been a phenomenal place to live. I have never felt so safe in an apartment before. It is very well lit at night. The staff are also amazing. Allyson, Belinda, Yassine have done nothing, but gone out of their way for me. Allyson goes out of her way to create monthly calenders for us residents on all of the activities going on in the city. Great place to live
November 26, 2019This place is wonderful. They worked with us to get everything in order and everyone is so nice. There has only been an issue with bills, since something in the paperwork was messed up, but other than that, I love living here! Awesome apartments but not very environmentally friendly
August 6, 2019LOVE the apartment itself (brand new and very trendy) - and the complex offers great facilities and amenities. Some aspects, however, are frustrating to someone looking to be a little more green (in light of very real and pressing environmental problems). For example, recycling is not easily accessible (must drive to the nearest fire station to recycle). Also, instead of having a drinking fountain at the gym (that could be used to fill reusable water bottles), tiny single-use water bottles are ...scattered about the gym... SO wasteful (and there's not even a recycling bin to put them when empty) - not to mention the "eternal flame" at the apartment entrance which looks cool/boujee, but is it really necessary to waste all that energy during the daytime and even when it's raining or cold outside? On a different note, parking lot lights are super bright which can make it hard to sleep at night. AWESOME COMMUNITY/APARTMENTS
June 5, 2019I loved living at Sycamore house for so many reasons. The staff is so helpful and nice and the overall environment of the clubhouse/complex is friendly, upbeat, and welcoming (including the residents). Super nice updated apartments with TONS of storage and the amenities are unmatched (free computer use/printing, gym, free starbucks, amazing pool, and the music system throughout clubhouse/pool you can control). I had to move due to my job but will truly miss living here. There are no complaints I ...can think of it's an awesome community and I will miss it! October 27, 2018The leasing agents are credit, property is great, I have been waiting on my gift card of 750.00 that I was told I will receive 2 weeks after signing my lease, needless to say, no gift card, and all of the reason I have have been giving is full of crap, people will not like it if rent is late but , but we as clients, customers ect, we definitely want what we was promised, all I want is what I was promised, that was the incentive for me and many others moving in.Review from Apartments.com
