June 15, 2025I’ve lived at Sycamore Terrace for over five years now, and it has truly been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. In many ways, it doesn’t even feel like typical apartment living. Thanks to the spacious layout, ample parking, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere throughout the community. The maintenance team is outstanding. Always quick to respond and incredibly reliable. I once had an issue with my water heater in the middle of the night, and they still came out promptly to ...resolve it. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication. The management office is just as impressive. consistently kind, professional, and helpful. From my move-in experience to lease renewals and any concerns in between, they’ve always made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m genuinely grateful to have found Sycamore Terrace. Absolutely love Sycamore
April 21, 2025I have lived at Sycamore Terrace for almost 6 years and I absolutely love it here. The leasing office staff is friendly and prompt with replies. Rent is fair, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. Whenever I have had to put in a maintance request it is always taken care of within 24 hours. And I LOVE when they bring food trucks in :) that is hands down the best. Not for kids/babies
January 31, 2022Currently still live here and probably will for a while because for the price? You can’t beat it. Office staff friendliness is a hit or miss. As for the actual complex, if you have small kids, this is not the complex for you! If you have to be in the bottom floor because of a baby etc, the floors are so terrible. Our children wake up every night at 2:30 (when the neighbor leaves for work, and he is usually their nap alarm everyday. (When he comes home.) the floors are so so bad, and it sounds ...like loud pops whenever he is walking around! Relatively affordable and well maintained
September 28, 2021I've been a renter in California since I moved here in 1974. I've been here at Sycamore Terrace Apartments since 2014. This beautiful, well-landscaped apartment complex has easily been my favorite residence of all. The staff, led by Selena, is efficient, courteous, and simply a pleasure to interact with. The maintenance team, led by James, is friendly, proficient, and always bring timely assistance. The location on Margarita Road is ideal for someone like me who transitioned doing my errands from ...car to bicycle four years ago. It's also a great area to take a walk. Margarita Road was completely repaved between Rancho California and Solana Way a year before I moved here and fiber-optic cable was put down along the sides of the road during the process. Horrible Management
August 20, 2019Former Resident - Horrible management: the manager Selena is very rude and has unnecessary attitude. 1) Money hungry people, took all our deposit on move out plus asked for extra money, the reason: they had to replace the whole carpet due to some stains, the carpet team or management didn’t even attempt to clean the carpet (for which they were charging us a cleaning fee) but went directly to replace on our charge plus on our ore move out inspection the staff member said things look okay with some ...heavy cleaning required, we were fine with that but she said final move out inspection is done by Selena and knowing that we won’t be present there as moving out of state, she just went money hungry 2) Gives notices like anything: gave us notice when our holiday lights were out for a couple of days extra (FYI the management team itself had lights hung throughout the year on their home patios/balconies); gave us notice on speeding (when we weren’t), nothing happens to people who drive much faster than us; gage us notice when we had a couple of storage boxes out on the patio for couple of days (while making inside), other people made their whole patio as storage space or a forest nothing happened. 3) Outside apartments no one ever cleans, so many spiders, insects etc , I was worried about my child. We LOVE Sycamore Terrace!
August 11, 2015There are tons of apartments to choose from in Temecula, California, but when we found Sycamore Terrace we knew it was the place for us! They've remodeled the apartments on the inside and out and they are just perfect. We love our granite countertops and everything in between. It's super quiet and we never hear anything through the thick walls. The people here (especially the staff) are super friendly which is a huge plus. The complex is always clean, the management strives to maintain well kept apartments, and the maintenence team are incredibly friendly and officiant.
