April 17, 2026Diane is the most welcoming manager I have ever met. I do not say this lightly. I am in a position myself where one needs to present a school. I know what is important. She makes a point of knowing your name and understanding your needs. She is not overbearing. Diane presents the options and then gives you the time to reflect and pick the best apartment for your needs. You are not rushed but you learn all the ins and outs of the complex. She is extremely helpful when it comes time to sign a lease ...and the with the moving in process. Great little community
March 17, 2026I moved in October 2025. The staff has always been polite and helpful. One of my favorite things they do is a monthly resident event. Delicious food is setved along with the choosen activity for the month. For March we had linedancing instructions. The residents that participated had fun as well as those that just wanted to watch the dancing. Well after everyone finished eating many stayed to continue enjoying the entertainment. Hopefully they will continue bring linedancing back a few times a ...year. I look forward to seeing what fun activity Duane finds for us next month.Property Manager Responded

This place is amazing!
January 15, 2026Moved in around late October of last year, and welcomed is an understatement. The leasing office crew are so kind and supportive, and honestly all the neighbors I have met or run into have a smile on their faces. Not to mention they throw lovely parties! There was a holiday one in December and it was so heart warming! Also to add, they are super friendly to all kinds of people! November 25, 2025We moved to these apartments one yr ago. It’s been an excellent experience. The apartments are new and the buildings beautifully clean . The management is highly responsive to any request , so promptly it is a pleasure to deal With them. The club house and its amenities as well as the pool are excellent and again , the management very accommodating with any requests They are also very generous and plan fun activities for the residents. We are in a first floor apartment , and are sometimes ...disturbed by footsteps from the floor above us which is the only negative. But again the management has been very responsive to try and improve the situation. The wooded area on the side of the buildings adds to the peaceful ambience in spite of the fact we are located on a highway Altogether highly recommend Sylvan woods in Howell as a very desirable place to live in.Property Manager Responded
