terrible property
August 27, 2023I would rather sleep on the street than to live here. I moved out immediately. Nothing is as it seems and community is not kept up at all. Everything is broken always and all doors are open at anytime and anyone can just walk in or follow you. The gate hasn’t worked since moving there and out. Avoid unless you like to waste money
July 9, 2022This comes after months of attempting to create communications and after many emails and phone calls to both the managers and to the management company. For reference I’ve been on this complex almost 6 months and many residents agree that they are leaving as soon as the lease is up. So many various issues around the complex exist and the current team doesn’t seem to care. They have never respond and better yet don’t seem to care about residents not being happy rather just chasing the money. This ...complex is marketed as a Luxury Apartment complex but is treated like the slums. Not only does the company charge us a monthly “amenity” fees, washer and dryer fees. They cannot event get that part right. New complex and I was promised a new washer and dryer months ago and have been told they cannot afford them. I’ve attempted to talk to the manager which always seems to change every 3 weeks to a new one who always states they will make it right but never do. Let’s go into detail about the Amenities. They are overall decent but they are always closed and the pool is closed for weeks including the 4th of July. Now the buildings, they are overall good, the halls are never cleaned, the outside is where this place suffers. They absolutely do not give a single crap about how it appears on the outside or in any areas such as the dog parks, garden area or just general walking areas where the mulch has washed away earlier this year and never has been addressed. Oh, don’t forget the best part the never ending pile of garbage piling up outside and will stay there for days before they pick it up. Or the dog parks that are not looked at ever. Oh I cannot forget to mention the lights that are along the walk ways that are not secured so they blow over in the wind and leave exposed wires so kids or animals can get injured. There is only one redeeming factor is the head of Maintenance. He needs a promotion that man works harder than anyone else here and is the kindest man. At the end of the day if you want to pay top dollar for a Luxury Apartment go find somewhere else. On the other hand if you want pay top dollar for a beautiful complex from the road and a terrible living experience then this is the place for youProperty Manager Responded

July 9, 2022Our experience has not been good since we moved in, this whole year we only had about 5 community events. Compared to other luxury apartments that have them monthly . Our pool is closed most of the time in summer , and they don’t maintain the hallways clean . We were promised certain amenities which we never received. The only good thing is the location and that’s it, we can’t wait to move out .Property Manager Responded
