August 6, 2025I’m giving a 4 star rating because only because of the elevator problem which are not the fault of the apts but lightning strikes and also, the concierge trash service, which you’re only good as the people you hire. They are very inconsistent on picking up the garbage.Otherwise, my stay at these apts has been a good one.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2025I love my unit however there are things that just need to be done. Pest control is included in rent but I have to spray weekly for bugs. Not sure where they come from but there are cracks at the windows. With the elevator still out, trash gets dragged through the halls and left all along the stairs. The building hasn’t been power washed in a couple months. It’s nasty. A neighbor clearly doesn’t know how to bag kitty litter so it ends up all over the floor with poop. The collectors even left ...their trash a few times because of it. They say parking is enforced but guests take the few available spaces reserved for tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 21, 2025August 1, 2025 will mark two years since I moved into Sync at Harmony, and I still give it a full 5-star rating. My experience here has been nothing but positive. The management team is always responsive, especially when it comes to maintenance requests—they’re handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are a major highlight, particularly the pool, which is consistently clean and well-maintained. Having lived in Texas since 2014 and in three different apartment communities, I can ...confidently say this has been the best complex I’ve called home. June 21, 2025It’s okay… the elevators go out every other month, large bugs always right outside of the doors and small bugs inside. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and comfortable. I think the water pressure is a bit low and some appliances in the apartments need an upgrade. Other than that it’s not too bad.Property Manager Responded
