RATS ARE A PROBLEM HERE
May 2, 2024Myself and multiple residents have been traumatized by rats invading our homes in the middle of the night. They jump on counters, eat food on counters, chew thru trash cans, ect. One resident has already moved out because the rat that was caught on her glue trap banged itself on the wall all night just to try to break free. They send Orkin up with glue traps in the vacant units, but it is not enough. THESE ARE LARGE RATS, NOT MICE. THEY CAN EASILY BREAK FREE FROM GLUE TRAPS. Corporate is not ...doing enough to resolve the issue in my opinion. The affected residents are not being updated on the steps they are taking to permanently resolve the issue. They will lose more residents if this is not addressed quickly and permanently.
