Horrible
March 4, 2021Horrible place to live The updated interior is wonderful and the appliances are all new. But this is the only pro to living in this complex. The water gets shut off once, sometimes twice, a month. You wouldn’t think it’s a huge inconvenience but when water is included in your rent and people use too much of it, it gets shut off. The leasing office sends three emails a week as “friendly reminders” for anything and everything they can to the every tenant for absolutely no good reason. Our car got stolen in parking lot
June 29, 2020Our car got stolen in the parking lot. My parents were supposed to go to work until they found out that the car is missing. Most of the time they also shut down the water (they do advise it beforehand) but it's not just a one-time thing. If you want a place to live in, yes at least its a little bit decent. But if you're thinking of safety and security, I wouldn't recommend it here.Review from Apartments.com

I have never had any rodent or pest issue and you can't get a better price in Temecula with having Target and Vons right across the street!! It really helps make things easier, and it's so quiet! Very Convenient from grocery stores, and near freeway
September 12, 2015I love TG!! Management is great and really friendly. Brand new carpet and appliances in my apartment. Our garbage disposal broke down and they replaced it next day. Pro: management is great, near freeway, near grocery and shopping stores, landscape is astonishing, price is affordable, decent neighborhood. Con: no pets allowed, only an a/c unit in bedroom not living room, no heated pool. My cons are really not that great or important to me since, i don't like pool outdoor and if you keep your ...a/c unit on for half hour, it can cool down the living room as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
