Great neighbors and great neighborhood, not so great leasing staff
July 1, 2018I absolutely loved the apartment complex, my neighbors were always a pleasure to talk to. I felt safe within it and I was more than happy to pay the monthly cost of living. There were however a few red flags which included the leasing staff, the parking situation and unexpected fees which seemed to arise out of nowhere. I came back from a two day Vegas trip one afternoon and there was an overdue utilities notice on my door. "Hmmpf" I figured "ok" I can't quite calculate where this came from ...but I'll pay it and all will be well. The next day however I come out of my apartment to another notice, it seemed I owed a bit more than what the previous notification indicated despite the fact I had already paid. Enraged, I stormed into the leasing office and demanded an explanation. The manager circled number after number and rambled "this....thisss" and then circled my application fee of 40 dollars insisting that was part of what was overdue! It all seemed very wrong and sketch to me and I paid anyhow due to the threat of getting our utilities shut off. There were times I could not find parking if my life depended on it. I would circle around and around and think "this time....someone will pull out" but to no avail. There is a shopping center with a KFC and Chevron up the street and you will have to find yourself parking there and walking all the way back quite often. I once came into the leasing office with a money order for rent and the employee working at the time accidentally ripped it in half. She merely said "oh you have to go go back and get another one." I was working overtime, I had no time to deal with this in the first place but had to go back and get another money order. So in summation, great place to live as far as the residents are concerned, pretty place. However the leasing staff and parking situation make it questionable. Fantastic Apartment
August 19, 2015Beautiful well kept and tidy apartment complex. Friendly staff. 3 or 4 neighborhood events for the residents put on and sponsored by the apartment company so you get to meet your interesting, fun but quiet and respectful neighbors. Very convenient area with many stores, doctors, restaurants and gas stations in a 2 mile radius. Easy access to 2 major freeways.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015We love our apartment complex. Because there are three events a month for residents to get together, everyone knows each other. Having attended all of the events we know so many people and really feel like we belong. Terraza Del Sol
August 1, 2015This is a small community apartment complex. And like a community, the manager, office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. There is a C.A.R.E.S. couple who organize fun apartment-wide events and add to the community feel. The apartments and common areas are well maintained and have a luxury feel. The attached garage is one of my favorite features and unusual in apartment living. Although parking is limited, there is a system in place to provide for guest parking. great place to call home
March 30, 2014Great place to live. great location and staff. they also have monthly free activities for all to attend by CARES. it's always clean. family oriented yet quiet for those w/o children. reason why I didn't give them a 5 star is because the gate is often broken, maintence personel: he's great, however, only available twice a week. Also, it's difficult to invite family/friends due to the parking cituation on site and no parking availability on the street.Review from Apartments.com
