Do not lease at this apartment complex. This property will try to nickel and dime your move out charges to try to get you to cover repairs that they should cover. All of the doors are cheap and don't even fit the door frames. Doors would fall off track all of the time, and maintenance would do the bare minimum to repair anything correctly.
The neighborhood has gone down hill as well. There were multiple notices about break ins, but nothing was ever done to make the property more secure. There is
...constantly dog poop in the grass, and on multiple occasions it was because there was no bags in the pet waste dispensers.
People were constantly smoking marijuana in the apartments next to mine and in the parking lot but nothing was ever done. On numerous occasions there would be no where to park because of sketchy cars in the parking lot, I would see drug deals happen in the parking lot constantly.
We had notices recently about roaches in the apartment building, and my apartment was inspected and cleared, however on the day I moved out I pulled back my refrigerator and found a roach crawl into a hole in the wall, as well as other bugs living behind the fridge.
They are just another apartment company that want to take your money without doing anything to make the property a nice community.
