Poor quality and terrible company
December 24, 2023Terrible quality unit and the absolute worst management company I have ever dealt with. I ended my lease early for a reason, don't move in! Know that when you move out, they will charge you for damages that existed prior to your move in and say "It will be sent to collections just so you're aware." Such a horrible company from the corporate management to the maintenance technicians that barge in and then leave your unit unlocked!Review from Apartments.com
My HOME......
November 30, 2023for 5 Years, and God willing, many more years ahead. First of all, the Office Staff is amazing! Even on the hardest day when Mother Nature gives us a bad day, the Office and Maintenance crew are always friendly and quick to respond to our needs, normally within 24-48 hours! Staff and Crew puts our health and safety first! They even schedule us a 'Tenants Monthly Event' for us to help brighten our day! Not only is TGM Meadow View Apartments located in a great area and within 1/2 mile of my ...shopping, banking, eating and anything else I may want or need! The updated amenities are so up to par and always something 'new' going on with something for everyone: Swimming pool/BBQ & Badminton area/Dog Parks/Energy efficient lighting even new modern energy efficient furnaces!! not a good choice you can find way better please read
April 17, 2022DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please I am trying to save you just listen. Terribly high prices for what you get. I pay 100 more at a new apartment now with twice the space better property, better managers, and better area. As a single woman i felt sooooo unsafe here. Multiple car break ins and they only send you and email and call that good management. They hire construction men who blare their playlist outside your window at 7:00 in the morning and peep into your windows. This is not a temporary thing, they ...are constantly doing construction and while you might think this is a good thing, NO. The property looks half finished at all times with insulation exposed and old siding disposed everywhere. Don’t believe me? DRIVE THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD! Not to mention the creepy maintenance men who walk through the gym the whole time you are working out and stare at you to the point of making you uncomfortable. Small security deposit might have you fooled but they hit you with a HUGE bill at then end for damages and cleaning. I’m not the only person this has happen to just do your research on the reviews! At my other apartments i have always received my security deposit in full so i know it’s not because of me. I was without a washer for 2 months (which the luxury of having one in unit is factored into the rent) because no one knew what the status was on my work order i called and emailed multiple times!! I asked them to prorate my rent or help with laundromat costs as I was paying full rent which included the washer and they told me, no. They are also seem to have a termite problem which is why they are gouging people for “damages” because they know they have a bigger problem on their hands they are going to need to repair. Ridiculous raises in rent
February 7, 2022This apartment complex is okay, not the best. But the location itself is great. Construction has been a main issue where they randomly pop up to fix the exteriors. It has been really frustrating as it has been like this for almost a year. I was planning on renewing the lease for another year until… they raise nearly 100 dollars. For what? Of course, to cover the offset costs for construction. In addition, the gym was under construction for at least half of my lease, which is ridiculous. And.. ...the dog poop has been a big issue. I always see dog poops all over the yard around the complex. I have been informing them that but no action has been taken to prevent this. Overall, just don’t move to this complex. Used to like Meadow View, not anymore
October 8, 2021To be honest, I used to love TGM Meadow View. Nice area, decent apartment, decent price, friendly staff; all good things. However, I will no longer recommend this apartment complex to anyone because of the recent construction projects (yes plural). If you like waking up to random construction crews on ladders outside your front windows on any random day with zero notice, then this is the apartment for you! Your daily 8a - 5p soundtrack will include generators, electric saws, hammers, nail guns, ...etc. all from the comforts of your bedroom and living room! On a more serious note, this construction has been ongoing for a month and a half and is the reason I will no longer recommend anyone live here. Just when you think the project is complete and you see the crew move on to a different part of the building, they always come back. If not the next day, then the next week. When will it end? Who knows. Perhaps the crew could be instructed to finish one porch completely and then move onto the next. I would personally appreciate that solution in order to stop living on a construction site all day as I attempt to work from home. I would have never agreed to live here had I known this is what I was going to have to put up with. Prioritize your residents space, peace, and comfort and I will consider taking down this review. Amazing place!

It is incredibly quiet, more so than any place we have ever lived in. If it weren't for moving out of state, we would live here a really long time. Older apartments that are renovated at a great value
September 2, 2015The staff is very friendly and professional (especially Debbie, love her!). The amenities are what sold me. Gorgeous outdoor pool with a waterfall, gym, indoor pool & hot tub, tanning and sauna (unfortunately, only open during office hours unless you pay $20 for a key fob). I live in the Wedgewood which is 2 stories, and comes with two walk in closets, an extra storage unit and a jacuzzi bath tub, as well as an extra vanity and skylight in the bathroom. The kitchen is completely renovated, ...however the washer and dryer is dated but it works. I also wish the living room was just a tad bit bigger. I only pay $15 extra a month for a carport (although I wish they had garages). When I moved in, the apartment was spotless - I moved from a LC property and it's day and night; it is so refreshing to pay less rent while receiving better customer service and a clean apartment! Speaking of customer service, when I moved in I had a noisy neighbor. I relayed my discomfort to Debbie who took care of the situation immediately. Also, the location is perfect. You're tucked away between Sawmill and 161 and it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get anywhere as long as you take a back road. If it weren't for the small living room, the apartment being a little older, and the several minor things wrong with the apartment when I moved in (again, it's because of the age of the apt. Just little things besides cracks in the wall, the knob on the dryer being lose, etc) then I would give this property a 5 star. August 9, 2015The staff is very friendly and makes everyone feel like family. The community is clean and well kept a great view of the pond and plenty of area for walking. The around the clock maintinance is great and does a great job of keeping the community looking great The amenities are great and available at all times which works around our schedule the little things are nice like the cookouts and pool party to bring everyone together and know your neighbors instead of being a loner just love the place ...and would recommend to anyone keep up the good workRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
