Title: Disappointing Experience: TGM Retreat at Danada Apartments Rating: ? My experience with TGM Retreat at Danada Apartments' application process has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the outset, it was evident that the management's communication skills regarding the application process were severely lacking, leaving me feeling uncertain and disillusioned. First and foremost, the application process itself was marred by inefficiency and poor organization. Despite ...
promptly submitting all required documents and application fees, I found myself caught in a seemingly endless loop of waiting. The promised background check, which was supposed to be a routine procedure, dragged on for an unreasonably long time without any concrete updates or explanations provided by the management. What exacerbated the situation was the complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my application. Whenever I reached out to inquire about the progress, I was met with vague responses and excuses, leaving me feeling frustrated and neglected as a prospective tenant. It seemed as though the management had no regard for the time and effort applicants invest in the process. Furthermore, the longevity of the background check process was particularly concerning. While I understand the necessity of thorough screenings, the lack of communication and transparency regarding the reasons for the delay was unacceptable. It felt as though the management was giving me the runaround, stringing me along with promises of pending background checks while continuing to accept application fees without any intention of actually renting out units. In conclusion, my experience with TGM Retreat at Danada Apartments' application process was marked by poor communication, inefficiency, and a blatant disregard for applicants' time and concerns. I would caution anyone considering renting from them to proceed with extreme caution and to thoroughly investigate alternative options before committing to such a disorganized and unprofessional management team.

The location of this apartment complex is great; there are several shops that are within walking distance and lots of stores that are a quick drive away. Everything else about this apartment complex is a CON. Once TGM bought this apartment complex everything went downhill. You will get constant emails to all residents getting yelled at for parking and garbage violations, as well as emails to NOT talk to the staff if you see them anywhere on the property. If you leave a message or expect them to ...
do anything, be prepared to wait forever or nag in order to get them to do anything. If you open a service request, they will show up when they want with no warning and cancel the request if you don't pick up at 7am the day when they decide to work on your request. The apartment layout is small and not liveable and completely overpriced. The renovations occurred when residents were living there and it was a nightmare that was a huge inconvenience to the residents, on top of a ridiculous price increase. This is not a luxury apartment complex - everything is cheap and overpriced. Be prepared to deal with attitude, complacency, and disrespect at this apartment complex.

Retreat is a community of good people. I love it here. I have so much more than what other properties in the area offer. The staff has been so kind, empathetic and courteous always. I applaud their efforts to unite the community with different events. Now, if they just add a hot tub and a playground.

The Retreat at Danada Farms is a beautiful community and location. I love the ability to walk to shopping, dining, and parks. The prairie path and parks are also near enough to bike and hike.
