Rent increases
July 3, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex has a great location, and the apartments are decent. I lived here for 4 years, and would have stayed longer, but my rent went up 30% (or $500) in my time there. I think this is especially important for those on a fixed income to know. They drastically increase the rent each year, and the apartments no longer fit the "luxury apartment" prices. Very limited amenities.
