I literally just moved into The Asher and I'm already blown away by the exceptional service and beautiful amenities! Claudia, the property manager and her team, Indhira and Angie are absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was treated like family. great recommendations for restaurants in the area. I went to Porto Havana located 1.5miles away and got a really great Cuban Sandwich. (Read my review there). Upon signing the lease they gave us a welcome present. I chose the milk frother since I am a big coffee guy. They give you a choice of some cool home essential things.
The apartment itself is stunning - modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and more storage space than I know what to do with! Really great quartz counter tops and new cabinets were clean and modern. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room were a great addition and will definitely help keep the apartment cool. I love the large balcony. Perfect for outdoor get togethers.
I've already had a chance to explore the amenities and I'm impressed. The pool is gorgeous, the gym is top-notch, and the clubhouse is perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends.
What really stands out to me, though, is the sense of community. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly and welcoming, and I can tell that the management team really cares about creating a positive living environment. The Asher really tries to make it’s community a family. They throw events to get the residents together. For example they already have a St. Patrick’s Day Party planned at the management office with different food trucks attending. That should be a lot of fun. I look forward to going to more of these events for all the yearly holiday festivities from Easter, to 5 De Mayo, to 4th of July, to Christmas. I am excited to meet my neighbors and have new long lasting friendships and memories.
I'm so glad I chose The Asher as my new home. If you're looking for a place to live that truly feels like a community, I highly recommend checking it out! I hope to call you neighbor soon.
