Roach infestation, poor management response
June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who recently leased an apartment at The Club at Millenia. As a first-time renter, she was excited to move into her new apartment. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into frustration. After signing the lease and receiving keys, she and her roommate discovered what appeared to be a significant roach infestation in the unit. The condition was serious enough that they did not feel comfortable moving into the apartment. Photos and videos of ...the infestation were taken, and even members of the onsite staff acknowledged the issue. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled since it was reported. Communication from regional management has been extremely slow, leaving my sister and her roommate in limbo while they wait for answers regarding a resolution. In the meantime, they have been left without stable housing and have incurred additional expenses while attempting to navigate a problem they did not create. The attitude and responsiveness of the staff also changed significantly after the lease was signed. The customer service that existed during the leasing process seemed to disappear once a legitimate issue arose. Instead of receiving prompt assistance and clear communication, they have experienced delays, uncertainty, and a lack of urgency. No resident should take possession of an apartment only to discover a major pest problem on move-in day. Even more concerning is the lack of timely communication and support afterward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both apartment readiness standards and resident communication. Roaches/ Mold/ Leaks
December 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. My unit has been absolutely overrun with roaches — in the kitchen, bathroom, walls, and even inside cabinets and appliances. No matter how many times I’ve reported it, the problem has never been resolved. It’s disgusting and impossible to live comfortably. On top of that, I’ve had water leaks that were ignored for far too long, which led to mold growing in the unit. Mold and roaches should never be something renters ...have to fight with, yet management treats it like it’s no big deal. Because of all these serious habitability issues, I’ve requested to end my lease early, but management refuses to allow it—even though THEY have failed to provide a safe, livable home. Their lack of responsibility and care for their tenants is unbelievable. Communication is terrible, and the conditions are unacceptable. Overpriced
August 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex has been consistently disappointing and looks nothing like these pictures. When we first moved in January, the dryer vent was not attached, maintenance had ripped the floor and it was never fixed. The fire alarm goes off anytime the oven or air fryer opens. We discovered mold in the apartment which they simply bleached and left. Upon renewal, they asked us to go up $400/month for which we were not getting any new amenities and things we were promised were still yet to come. For ...example, this is a "gated community" but none of the gates work. The main gate stays open 24/7 and the back gate has not been operational since I moved in. There are major trash issues with people not putting things in the compactor or compacting it. We pay for pest management, yet there are bugs and large pests everywhere, including raccoons and possum. There are internet outages often. While they recently repainted the buildings and redid some parking spaces, it does not completely make up for the fact that this complex is overpriced beyond belief. When I explained all of these things and asked them to not go up on my rent, they explained that it is a "supply and demand" thing. Well, the apartment a couple doors down from me has sat vacant since January, so I really don't know where the demand is that warrants a $400/month price increase. The leasing office is not readily available as they say they are. Their hours posted do not include the hour in the middle of the day that they are closed, so don't need them during their lunch or you will be shooed away. All in all, the decisions made by this complex, whether corporate or local, have been completely asinine. This complex is not at all worth the price at the time of this review. And if you do happen to lease here, make sure when you go to notify them about ending the lease that you make the time to go in person to not renew the lease as you MUST sign a form for them in person. They will not email it to you or let you know that you have to go in person, but if you don't, they will charge you.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The amenities are nice, the plans they have for improving the community are promising, and everyone we've met who works here is highly professional and mostly friendly. We had a rough start when we moved in (being accused of having an unregistered pet in the apartment because we hadn't paid the pet fee -due to having a documented and approved service dog that was registered with them- was a fun conversation), and the apartment we ...were put in isn't quite as l u x u r i o u s as we'd hoped for (didn't get to tour it until it was too late to get a different one), but it's very well laid out, surprisingly quiet, the neighbors are nice, the property is pretty nice (efforts are obviously being made to raise the property value all around), and the maintenance team is amazing and FAST! We chose this community because of the management company, and they have absolutely affirmed our decision to do so, even with the bumpy start.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

September 30, 2021Dear resident, Have you walked the property recently? All 3 pools are open for enjoyment! October will be a great month for our community! The affected mail station has arrived and is already installed, please swing by and take a look; we are working on some last required steps with the post office and we will then start handing out keys to new mailboxes. Gates are also fixed, we will be making appointments by building to hand out access keys before gates are closed mid-October. We also have more maintenance staff and most requests are being addressed next day of being submitted. We look forward to having you update your review to a full 5-star very soon! I will let our techs know they are doing a great job, thank you for taking the time to share your opinion :)

July 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comIt is revolting to live in this condominium. In 4 years, the administration was changed more than 4 times and communication with residents got worse after the implementation of an online system. Ports not working for more than 2 and a half years. The pool in front of my apartment has been closed for over 3 years and at the moment they are all undergoing permanent renovation, where no one can give a final opinion. Security today is only one that makes the night round. Unit maintenance is always a ...struggle, they are unable to solve problems without having to come into friction with the residents. We pay for the service and we don't have it. Garbage collection service, 4 years ago it was daily and we paid 10 dollars a month, today we pay 25 dollars and pass twice a week. Taking into account the "supposed expenses" of administration, I don't understand how they can't increase the number of professionals and solve internal problems. I do not recommend the house due to the bad administration we have.Read More

Management is disorganized and impossible to get answers from. If living here or being homeless were the only options available I would choose to live in a van down by the river.
