Dangerous
February 19, 2021Shooting on Tuesday. Management failed to notify residents we had a active shooter till 6 hours after the fact! Car break ins are frequent. What use to be a nice place has gone down hill fast.Review from Apartments.com
I won the lottery when I found this place
October 29, 2019I have lived here for over two years now. It is quiet. It is safe. Issues are resolved with amazing speed and efficiency. June 26, 2018I recently moved in at The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch. The staff was awesome in getting me set up/moved--incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative! The property is very clean, well manicured, quiet, and up to date. There is a pool/hot tub/sun deck area, gym, and various resident events. Very close to dining, shopping, GOLF, hiking, walking trails, bike trails/lanes, parks,hospitals, three schools, and the 215 freeway. There are a lot of perks to this complex, including the recycling, free printing/computer lab, pool, and fitness area. Apartment Resort is The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada
August 11, 2015This is an AMAZING apartment complex set up like a hotel resort with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, clubhouse and BBQ facilities poolside. We have movie night at the pool. There are seasonal events like for Valentine's Day and Christmas. We just had a pool party. There was a fitness event. Once a month they offer us a car wash at the complex. The office and maintenance staff are efficient and caring and helpfui. The location is perfect for shopping since we have 4 corners ...of strip malls with lots of food choices 5 minutes away, actually within walking distance of this apartment complex. July 22, 2015I love this apartment complex! I came here almost 2 years ago. The management staff are always so helpful and so genuinely nice. The apartments are very clean and I love the layout. Spacious rooms, good sized kitchen, and washer and dryer. The apartment complex is always well maintained. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they are always so quick to fix it!
