Shooting on Tuesday. Management failed to notify residents we had a active shooter till 6 hours after the fact! Car break ins are frequent. What use to be a nice place has gone down hill fast.

I recently moved in at The Clubs at Rhodes Ranch. The staff was awesome in getting me set up/moved--incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative!
The property is very clean, well manicured, quiet, and up to date. There is a pool/hot tub/sun deck area, gym, and various resident events. Very close to dining, shopping, GOLF, hiking, walking trails, bike trails/lanes, parks,hospitals, three schools, and the 215 freeway.
I recommend stopping in for a tour--I bet you will be moving in soon ...

We have been living here for about 2 years now. We love the community, the property is great, and we really LOVE our apartment!! The management here is super friendly & courteous to your needs. Our neighbors are great! We feel safe here and it's next to so many businesses, restaurants, and stores that we frequent. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking. The layouts are appealing and the apartments are totally affordable.

The management company and staff are very high quality. Our needs and concerns are always addressed to the highest degree. They are kind and understanding. There are a lot of perks to this complex, including the recycling, free printing/computer lab, pool, and fitness area. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, even though they are not new, they feel very close to it. We enjoy our two patios and it is a quiet complex.

Great apartment complex! Beautiful pool and club house. The grounds are full of trees and well kept. The management is very friendly and have a great sense of community. They always are gathering the community with events for holidays. The community is very friendly and the environment is quite and very safe. Close to shops, grocery stores,gas stations and restaurants within walking distance.

This is an AMAZING apartment complex set up like a hotel resort with a pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, clubhouse and BBQ facilities poolside. We have movie night at the pool. There are seasonal events like for Valentine's Day and Christmas. We just had a pool party. There was a fitness event. Once a month they offer us a car wash at the complex. The office and maintenance staff are efficient and caring and helpfui. The location is perfect for shopping since we have 4 corners ...
of strip malls with lots of food choices 5 minutes away, actually within walking distance of this apartment complex. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It is very family friendly and pet friendly. Parking is covered. WE LOVE LIVING HERE!!!

I love this apartment complex! I came here almost 2 years ago. The management staff are always so helpful and so genuinely nice. The apartments are very clean and I love the layout. Spacious rooms, good sized kitchen, and washer and dryer. The apartment complex is always well maintained. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they are always so quick to fix it! Another big plus is that I always feel safe and have had no problems in the 2 years I've been here.

The common areas are perfectly groomed and maintenance is a top priority inside and out.
