I'm pretty sure this is what renting would be like in heaven! I could write a book about how amazing this place is, both the facilities and the management. Inside and out is always clean and quiet. The security is wonderful. I have such peace as a middle-aged woman suddenly living alone for the first time in 30 years. Samuel and the rest of the management cares about the smallest details, even a missing decal on an appliance. Any and all types of questions are addressed promptly - and I ask a lot ...
of questions! They never make me feel like a bother or an idiot. Any issues I've had (the majority of which I create!) are resolved in a day or two and they apologize up down if I have to wait more than two days. Before I moved in here, my dad told me he knew the man at the top of Midwest Expansion is a good person. I've never met him, but if the way his staff treats the tenants is any indication of how he treats his staff-and you know it is-then I'd say he's an amazing businessman. All I know is I feel like royalty here.

My husband and I have lived here for about 5 months now and could not be happier! We looked at a few luxury waterfront apartments and condos in the area and did not think twice after touring this property! The building is LITERALLY suspended over the water!!! These sunsets have been so beautiful so far - and everyone is super nice! Haley was SO FRIENDLY to work with on the phone, and the rest of the staff is super nice. One gentlemen wearing a Midwest Expansion shirt asked to make sure everything in the apartment was perfect when we were moving in. I feel appreciated here!
