Maitnance and office staff are rude. And don't help with anything. Nor try getting it fixed just ignore the issue then take you to court.

I am not impressed with The Trails of Malone. It was better before it was bought by the Winn Company. It was managed better and taking care of better and people who took care of it and cared for the people who lived here.

I’ve lived at The Trails since November of 2018 and I have nothing but great things to say. My home is gorgeous, and spacious for my family size. It’s affordable housing, which is so hard to find nowadays. I love most how safe it is. I don’t worry about my child playing in the yard or having my door open during the day.
