    Rent continues to up. They continue to make new fees each month. The elevators are down most of the time. They do not fix issues my toilet was down for a month. My key fob they couldn’t make for a whole month but I paid for. The owners of this company are charging us for things that we dont use.

    I lived here for 2 years and it was absolutely awful. I couldn't wait to move out. This place is disgusting. Don't believe anything positive that you see about this place, and if you go on an apartment tour, pay attention to how filthy the common areas of the buildings are. If they can't even take care of those areas, imagine how little they care about addressing potential maintenance issues that you may have in your own unit :) Highlight of my 2 years there was when pipes all around the ...
    building exploded due to maintenance negligence during a winter storm. Power had to be shut off by the fire department, and we were kicked out of the building for 4 days. Guess how much rent was reimbursed? NONE - lol. And we as residents even had to foot the increase water bill from the pipes spraying water everywhere due to the ridiculous SUDS water bill system that they have in place. I also like the time that I picked up over 30lbs of dog poop from around the building grounds due to moronic residents and The Vantage not taking care of it. They had the health department called on them multiple times because of the dog poop. They never picked it up, so I took it upon myself to pick it all up because I couldn't find clean grass to walk my dog in. Took 4 hours and weighed almost 30lbs. And if you don't like the smell of cigarettes and weed...stay away from this place. Don't like the smell of trash? Stay away. Don't like the smell of mold? (They never did any mold removal after the pipes exploded - just painted over the stains. The walls and ceilings are surely full of mold) .... stay away. Anyways...don't live here. So happy that I got out of this place.

  • HVAC still broken and no mailbox key after weeks — zero response from management.

    Living here has been a frustrating experience. Since the day I moved in, the HVAC system has not worked, leaving the apartment uncomfortable and unfit at times. Despite repeated requests, management has been slow to respond and has failed to resolve this basic issue. To make matters worse, I still do not have a working mailbox key weeks after moving in. This has prevented me from receiving important mail and packages, which is unacceptable for any apartment community. The lack of communication ...
    and urgency from management shows a disregard for residents’ needs. Reliable heating/cooling and access to mail are fundamental, and the failure to provide them makes this a very disappointing place to live.

  • The worst apartments in Beachwood

    The most terrible apartments in Beechwood. Nobody wants to repair anything. Water has been pouring from the neighbor's ceiling for 3 months. They can't repair the dishwasher for a month. The heater broke down three times over the winter. They don't take out the garbage well. A lot of flies. If they find your envelope with the address in the trash, they try to charge you for throwing the garbage in the wrong place. When talking to them in the office, they leave the answers. The police are often ...
    called. The police told me that they come here most often. There are the most problems here. I don't recommend it at all. This is the last year of life in this apartment. It's getting worse every year, and the prices are getting higher. It's a ghetto!

  • Don’t come

    AVOIDDD THIS PLACE! My husband and I moved here in January, and it has been a nightmare ever since. During the tour, they show you a beautiful community room and other “nice” areas to create a fake image of a well-maintained, welcoming place. Don’t fall for it. In reality, everything in this complex is falling apart. Since we moved in, we have dealt with: Basement flooding, water even went through the wall all the way to the 5th floor. We had to be evacuated for hours. Constant utility ...
    issues, including no hot water or no water for days sometimes Terrible maintenance, with requests ignored for weeks at a time. Our current situation is the worst. We reported water dripping over a month ago. It got so bad that mold started growing, and the ceiling eventually cracked. Despite countless calls, emails, and visits to the office, they kept promising “urgent” repairs but did nothing. Only after over a month of being ignored did someone finally show up — they cut open the ceiling, but it still hasn’t been properly repaired. To make matters worse, the building above us and the building below us are having major leaking issues too. Once you sign the lease, they completely stop caring. There is no empathy, no accountability, and no sense of responsibility toward residents’ health and safety. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not be fooled by the fake friendliness and staged tours.

  • Run while you can

    If I could give 0 stars I would this Apartment complex is the most horrible place i have lived in there is constant trash problems, elevators are always broken and the place always stinks . Most recently we have had to evacuate are apartments due to a flood , with no power, no water, and most importantly nowhere for us to stay this is now day 2 we’re they still don’t have a resolution and have left us to feigned for ourselves as high as rent is they could not even offer us a place to sleep

    the property is older but very nice is maintained. the manager greta has made it clear what they want to. the bare minimum. from the constantly broken trash shoots, random and frequent water shut offs, flooding parking lot, broken gym equipment, and the list goes on.     admitted to seeing me call and not answering. when i asked about ignoring my emails they down play how long it has been since trying to get a hold of them. all the while not missing a beat looking for payment. the office is horrible to deal with instead of ever apologizing they will blame everyone else INCLUDING YOU. its not their fault they cant answer the phone, or give a call back, or they cant respond to emails. that is their genuine belief

    Terrible service. The dishwasher broke more than a week ago. Nobody wants to fix it. The office says it's not their problem. Another company does it. That company doesn't have any employees now. We have to wash all the dishes by hand. We go to the office every day. They promise to help and call back, but they don't do anything. We talked to the manager Natalia and some guy. They promise, but they don't do anything. The air conditioner doesn't work all summer. The heater kept breaking down in the ...
    winter. Without warning, they introduced a fee for water in the middle of the contract. There are no water meters. They charge as they please. The sauna hasn't worked for a year and a half. They don't have time to take out the garbage. It's very dirty and smells bad. Rats will probably appear soon. There were already cockroaches this winter. The carpets are very dirty. Nobody cleans them. The jacuzzi and outdoor pool haven't worked for two years. But they are working now. This is a very dirty complex with very poor service. They demand payment on time, but they themselves don't want to do anything. I do not recommend you to live here. It may be cheaper here, but it is worse for your health. This is our last year here. Friends are also leaving here. The barrier at the entrance has not been fixed for 2 months. Building number 3. Cedar road 27060. And one more thing. They are willing to pay to leave a positive review here. You can see these photos from other people. Choose other apartments.

  • Maintenance sucks

    Maintenance is horrible. I put in a request for my apartment and I’m yet to hear from anybody. I’ve lived here for two years and I don’t think I’m gonna renew my lease here they’re overcharging in the middle of our lease. They increased The rent my charging for the sewage and water. The garbage overflows if we don’t even have it, actual number to security turnover rate is horrible If they’re not careful, they’re gonna turn into slumlords

    A 7 year resident of this place. New Management was very quick to upgrade their offices, specifically the leasing offices. The real bait and switch is the "model" apartment which is 100% the exact opposite of the conditions of the average apartment. When we moved in the place was pristine with new finishes in the apartment and public areas. A year later the entire property was sold and went downhill quickly.     1st floor to the penthouse before removing the trash compactor bin in the underground garage trash room this chute connects to. Garbage spills out of the garbage chute rooms on each floor as a result. Carpets in the public areas are disgusting and seldom cleaned. Washers and dryers are 7plus years old, moldy and lint traps are never cleaned. Foyer floors are cleaned with filthy water and ceiling tiles in the public areas are broken, damaged or dirty. This used to be the original prestige apartment complex on the east side and is now becoming a slum. Management does not respond to email, phone calls or messages through the online resident portal. The Beachwood Health board and fire department frequently come to the property because of lack of concern by management for safe, clean, and healthy living areas. Management's new game is to arbitrarily add utility costs to the monthly rent bill even though it is articulated in the lease, the resident is not responsible for the given up charge. There is no question a lot of the issues originate from bad tenants and tenant's kids who are allowed to conduct themselves in a horrible fashion. Management however has failed to curb this nor address the resulting damages and change in the quality of life that has resulted for the rest of us. Imagine having an issue which needs to be addressed and your MO is: refuse to be available to those that are affected by it and simply make up the rules as you go.

    Run from this apartment complex. The management is incompetent and does not care about their residents. I lived in the Vantage for a year and had nothing but bad experiences. First, the complex is a mess - there is trash throughout the property and in the buildings. The elevators and laundry rooms are disgusting and always filled with trash. Water is also shut off often without notice. Second, maintenance is terrible. I was without air conditioning for 3 weeks and had to call every day to try ...
    to get someone to look at my A/C unit. Leasing staff often lied to me about when maintenance would be out and it was not until I threatened legal action that someone came out to look at my A/C unit. Third, I experienced an unlawful entry by maintenance. There was no permission to enter given and no 24 hour notice provided. We had to fight with management for weeks and threaten legal action to try to get them to understand the problem. Fourth, I had all the outlets break in my kitchen which is technically a fire hazard. This was not fixed for 6 weeks and I moved out before it was fixed. Do not move into this place unless you want to deal with things constantly breaking and not being repaired. The management is awful and does not care about their residents.

  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

    Do Not Move Here!!! 3/20/24 Multiple cars including my own got broken into. Here’s the kicker they advertise 24/7 video surveillance but when asked upon no video surveillance to replay. Thought I was moving to a nice complex just to find out it’s been a living nightmare and management seems to have no answers to prevent the theft , car break-ins and vandalism to the property. Not sure the purpose of the vehicle at the front gate? More like someone just casually collecting a check if you ask me. ...
    I had plans on renewing my lease because I love the city beachwood, but today was the icing on the cake once I came back home to see that now the garage door I pay for to park my vehicle in has now been damaged and 2 window panes have been broken. This is honestly quite ridiculous and management seems not to care at all about what is taking place. Keep you money and take my word do not move here you will regret it. Oh yeah walls are thin , you’ll hear water running all throughout the day from your neighbors above :)
