June 23, 2023It's a great place! Nearby there is a forest, a stream, glades for children's games, a tourist staircase Zimmerman Hill Klimb, consisting of 240 steps. This is a good leg trainer. Everywhere is clean, cozy and calm! Excellent timely service! We love this place!Property Manager Responded

Poorly run community
January 14, 2016Nice on the outside. Community ran by unruly and unsupervised kids that are way too loud, will look in your windows, climb all over your patio belongings and scratch up your vehicles. Residents stand outside smoking in their pajamas at all hours. Community manager is never around office is always closed and she only enforces rules on residents she doesn't like. Maintenance man is just down right creepy I kept my kids inside. This could be a great place to live if it was ran by someone that ...really cared.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
