January 15, 2024Theo is a wonderful place to live for the most part. The only thing that is a exploding headache, most times, in the Residents only parking, there are cars parked in the middle of the basement parking (which are not parking spaces) making it difficult and almost impossible to pass, and if another car is coming to go out while you’re trying to go in with the cars that are parked where they’re not supposed to park, you or the other driver have to back up and let the other driver through and it is ...completely frustrating.Property Manager Responded

The management team was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way.They have a decent gym, the pool area is very appealing, I like the shape of the pool and the cabanas are really nice.
