April 10, 2024This is one of the best Apartments in Amarillo. We’ve had a wonderful experience in the past two years that we’ve lived here. It is centrally located and a close proximity to Schools, the Mall, Medical District and Groceries just to mention a few.The apartments are clean and well maintained by very dedicated and caring employees. The management and staff are friendly, respectful and professional. There are several community based programs that the management organizes to benefit both children and ...adults as well. June 13, 2019Moving into Town Parc was such a long process. If it hadn’t been for Heather I probably wouldn’t have moved in. She constantly kept me updated on everything. When we moved in she was so sweet to us. She still keeps us updated with things going on and is very good with questions. I love how sweet she is. For example today the pool is being cleaned and I went to ask and she told me without hesitation what was going on and was very nice about it.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2015I have been living here for a short while but i am totally convince that i chose the right place to call home the management is excellent and very professional the yard is well up kept and my apartment is beautiful and spacious relocating from california to texas i am very happy would recommend these units to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartments, Low Quality Maintenence
July 28, 2015Within a few weeks of us moving in, the things that had been hastily repaired began to fall apart - the closet door spring had been replaced with a stretched pen spring and didn't hold, two of the three bedrooms didn't have working light fixtures (the fan works, but no light), the air conditioner started leaking, the head on the sink literally fell apart in someone's hands. Also, there are very strict rules on pets, as is not even fish are allowed. Neither are grills. Our neighbors were ...constantly fighting, slamming doors at all hours, and were suspected of being involved in hard drugs. There are gangs of children that run around and get in fights, throw things on porches, and set off fire crackers. The only time their parents show up is to holler at one another or other kids for their bad behavior. All of that being said, the rent is reasonable. The grounds are reasonably well maintained, as well as the pool. Laundry facilities are seriously lacking. Nice starter apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015Although it's no luxurious penthouse apartments these are very well up kept, clean, an maintained. The rent is fair an reasonable. They are a very involved complex, for the kids they help an give little trinkets in back to school back packs. They enter u in drawings to knock money off the rent,if you need assistance on or for anything they help. All in all these apartments do a lot more than any I've ever rented from an I highly recommend.Review from Apartments.com
cheap and not so cheerful
August 3, 2015Town Parc looks nice until you dig deeper. Maintenance is often begun and never completed. Parking is a joke, people often take up several spaces with no regard to others. The weight room is only available weekdays if the manager is in, because they built it in the same area as the office. I have been threatened by the manager that she would fine me since my patio was covered in grass and dirt. The people who cut the grass let grass and dirt fly, this is why M6 patio was dirty. Not to mention ...the neighbors! If you like people who are rude and noisy at 3am then come here! They also let their kids run around the complex without supervision. I'm talking climbing in the garbage and throwing garbage out. I'm moving as soon as I can find a new job in a different city.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
