ROACH INFESTATION
April 19, 2021I have found 8 roaches in my apt since living here. A few the day we moved in. Trash is left everywhere on the grounds. The main trashcans are locked all the time and people just pile their trash up in the street. Mold is a huge issue too. The place is a dump.Review from Apartments.com

Trash bandicoot wouldn't live here
June 17, 2019This complex is terrible. The management refuses to answer phones or call people back. The maintenance crew argues about why things aren't actually broken. The washers and dryers are in a state of disarray. The maintenance guy just resets the breaker and says it's good. There's trash all over the complex and the mechanic shop next door is way too loud.Review from Apartments.com
Absolutely terrible
June 17, 2019The worst apartment I've ever had the displeasure of living in. The staff was terrible the entire time, I could never get in touch with any of them. There was constantly trash all over the grounds of the apartment, and aparently the grounds keepers refuse to pick it up. I had multiple issues with the mailboxes being broken into and they still did not hire any security. Then they changed the locks on the mailroom door, didnt not give the residents the new key, which resulted in one of them kicking ...the mail room door in. The other residents leave piles of trash outside of their apartments all the time, I assume because the complex refused to unlock the dumpsters. August 30, 2015This is a good affordable place, if you are looking to save some money as compared to other costly areas likes pleasanton, dublin , livermore.. If you are looking for the below points while renting a apartment, you should consider tracy park. 1. Located in downtown, most of the shopping complex,stores, restaurant are on a walk-able distance. 2. Helpful staff and maintenance people. 3. Well maintained and clean swimming pool. 4. The society is full of huge trees, there is shade every where. 5. ...Spacious apartments.
