Poor Management
March 4, 2026The nicest thing about this apartment is that it’s on the beach and updated. The management is awful. We have been here roughly 6 months, had major issues with our heat. Management does not take issues seriously. They have a portal for service requests but never respond in a timely manner. They shut our water off twice to fix a broken pipe in the basement of the building without even notifying any of the tenants. Love our place
