INFESTED
April 29, 2025Some of the units here (in building 8 and elsewhere) are absolutely infested by beetles and spiders. Pest control doesnt seem to do anything because they have set up shop inside the walls and foundation. Also the build quality is very poor, so you will hear everything your neighbors do: You are allowed to AIRBNB out your place and theres a new set of loud people int here every other day, I found cig butts in my planters and theres no smoking on the property.
