If you value your sanity, I would not recommend for anyone else to move here due to the problems I have experienced and witnessed. I've planned a departure and then I do business at the cubicles, while I get coffee from the pool room and then sunbathe and swim afterwards at a pool that is so good that non residents attempt to use often. The next morning the workout facilities work! Those free things keep me here and the only Achilles heel is the trash fee.Property Manager Responded

The community is super friendly, and I love when the food trucks come by, it adds such a fun touch. The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen in New Braunfels, especially the gym, it’s a huge plus. Only small thing is the outdoor hallways could use a little touch-up here and there, but that comes with the style.
