Huge appreciation post for our incredible management and maintenance teams! Ever since Junyur and Cassie took over managing the property, everything has been taken care of with so much care and attention.
They make sure work orders are addressed right away, and the maintenance crew has truly stepped up to keep the community looking its best. The difference is night and day, and it makes living here such a great experience! ??

Tacara Gruene is a clean, quiet community to live in. The amenities are great there is a gym, spa, pet wash, community room with private work rooms, a pool table and extra games, a resort like pool area. I truly enjoy living here.

Tacara Gruene has weak building architecture with no wall/ceiling sound proofing which is a big negative. If you value your sanity, I would not recommend for anyone else to move here due to the problems I have experienced and witnessed. The experience has been very negative currently and Tacara Gruene needs a massive improvement.

Everything, except one contractual thing, here at Tacara Gruene, is almost too good to leave. I've planned a departure and then I do business at the cubicles, while I get coffee from the pool room and then sunbathe and swim afterwards at a pool that is so good that non residents attempt to use often. The next morning the workout facilities work! Those free things keep me here and the only Achilles heel is the trash fee.

I’ve been here a little over a year and I’m about to renew my lease, which says a lot! The community is super friendly, and I love when the food trucks come by, it adds such a fun touch.
The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen in New Braunfels, especially the gym, it’s a huge plus.
Only small thing is the outdoor hallways could use a little touch-up here and there, but that comes with the style. Overall, I’m really happy here and excited to stay another year!
