I've planned a departure and then I do business at the cubicles, while I get coffee from the pool room and then sunbathe and swim afterwards at a pool that is so good that non residents attempt to use often. The next morning the workout facilities work! Those free things keep me here and the only Achilles heel is the trash fee.Review from Apartments.com

Gorgeous apartments
April 7, 2026I’ve been here a little over a year and I’m about to renew my lease, which says a lot! The community is super friendly, and I love when the food trucks come by, it adds such a fun touch. The amenities are some of the best I’ve seen in New Braunfels, especially the gym, it’s a huge plus. Only small thing is the outdoor hallways could use a little touch-up here and there, but that comes with the style. INFESTED
April 29, 2025Some of the units here (in building 8 and elsewhere) are absolutely infested by beetles and spiders. Pest control doesnt seem to do anything because they have set up shop inside the walls and foundation. Also the build quality is very poor, so you will hear everything your neighbors do: You are allowed to AIRBNB out your place and theres a new set of loud people int here every other day, I found cig butts in my planters and theres no smoking on the property.
