I live, laugh, LOVE living here! Zero issues w/ the property/staff. I was an apt locator for 7 years so I have seeeen some things & this is the best property ive sourced & lived in so far. Staff is wonderful (special shoutout to Angie for waking up after hours to rescue me from a lockout!) Maintenance guys are speedy, friendly & always willing to go the extra mile to help me! Parking is easy breezy. Amenities are clean & maintained. Neighbors are kind...my only truly memorable experience was ...
discovering that my next door feller is apparnently one record deal away from stardom. Confidence & volume is impressive, vocals are TBD. Big concert gal that can tolerate lots of noise but THIS is on another level. BUT ive never submitted a complaint bc the perks here are just too good. And well, freedom of...sing. ive recently noticed & overlooked all these years...landscaping deserves a shoutout. Lawn crew supply me & my pup w/ a fresh cut grass lifestyle since '24 & we aint mad about it!

Amenities are good wish the gym was bigger and had more equipment. I like the quiet neighborhood but wish the back gate was enter and exit. I wish there was more poop bags around the property as many people do not clean up after their dogs. I wish the pet spa was a bit cleaner to use.

Really enjoy the gym and the lounge to watch TV. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue and there is never a problem finding parking.

Ever since there has been a cut in cleaning crew the community has gone downhill. I spend a lot of time at the Clubhouse and it is not clean anymore- the cushions on sofa are all over the place, even on the floor. Side tables are turned upside down. (looks like kids were the culprits as a hair barrette was found there) I think children should not be left unattended while in there. The sink counter area is dirty with coffee stains and the so is the refreshment nook area. A large trash can was ...
filled with a trash bag and added trash just thrown over the bag that was sitting in the Clubhouse for about a week if not maybe longer. I think letting go of the cleaning lady was a Huge Mistake! There is still dog poop in the grass or sidewalks as well and that is really gross. Used to be a clean community but not anymore. so sad

Hi Elva, We are so sorry to hear this. We do allow our residents access to the clubhouse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are having this cleaned on a weekly basis and we touch throughout the week. Sometimes there can be several groups of people in there to eat, watch a game or just hang out the same day we just cleaned it.
