June 30, 2025I haven't had any major issues living here, its been pretty smooth sailing. Only problem ive had is just slight bugs but I believe its just because of its that time of season and or one of my neighbors aint living with the best hygiene lolProperty Manager Responded

June 8, 2025The community is located in a great area. We have access to come in and out of the complex and get to our destination fast. The only thing we do not like, happens every spring break and summer. The residents do not listen to the pool rules. We have many who wear G string bathing suits, smoke and blast their own music at the pool with no respect for the others trying to enjoy their day.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025This is a great place to live. It is right off 35 and located between San Antonio and Austin. The office staff is wonderful, professional and courteous and will actually contact you back when needed. The maintenance is awesome, things are addressed quickly.Property Manager Responded
