The neighborhood is very quaint. The people are very welcoming. The staff is supportive. Parking is difficult. I have noticed that some time packages are left in the entryway where anyone could access them. This isn’t the apartment’s fault but it is a concern.

Even if you live by yourself, when you live at Takoma Central community you're never truly alone. The opportunity to interact with fellow community members regularly makes it easier to forge lasting connections and takes the work out of staying socially involved, which is an important aspect of anyone's wellbeing.

Could be better especially the gym - it’s outdated. There had been a lot of change in management over the years and there aren’t many amenities as promoted (Fire pit doesn’t work nor the grill)

Its been a rough almost 2 years with all the problems old mangement hasn't resolved. Looking forward to seeing changes. The gym equipent is either not working, and/or built wrong. The garage door in the back is never down and anyone can get into our building that way. Especially because the lock to the door to the patio is broken. Not to mention the fire pit never works and the furniture is old and smelly

My experience with Buzzuto has been wonderful since they have taken over management. The staff are all very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. When requesting a work order, maintenance is very quick to respond and complete orders in the apartment. Allen in maintenance is amazing! In addition, the main office staff are friendly and help to resolve any issues that may arise.
