This apartment literally is the worst apartment I’ve lived in. They have a terrible mice and roach problem. They have two elevators and they barely work. One or both elevators have been down throughout the week or even during the weekends. I live on the 11th floor and I have had to walk up to my apartment SEVERAL times due the lack of maintenance they provide for the elevators. I’ve seen mothers with young children and elderly having to WALK up the steps because the elevators hardly work. There ...
are 12 floors in the building how do you NOT make sure that the elevators are properly working ?!? People who don’t live in the building but instead wander around in the area tend to just hang out in the building lobby and bother you and others coming in trying to get to your floor. The place has poor management, poor maintenance and cleanliness is a HUGE problem. This building probably breaks so many codes and violations they’d set a world record. Please look elsewhere if you are looking to live in this area, You will be doing yourself and your family a disservice by choosing to live here.

I wouldn't recommend nobody to move here the Property Manger doesn't care. Mice and roaches, mice are in the walls so I'm paying rent for mice to live with my family they won't lower my rent before we renew our lease next year we will be moving I hate it here PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE WASTE OF MONEY!
